Job Description

We are looking for candidates interested in completing their CS Apprenticeship/Training of 15 months at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.

Essential Education : CS Executive

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Updating, Analysis and interpretation of the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder (the Act)

- Updating, Analysis and interpretation of secretarial standards and adopting best practices for ensuring corporate governance 

- Applicability of the Act to the Company, subsidiaries and associates from time to time

- Filing of various Forms periodically with RoCs and other statutory authorities

- Providing support to the Company, subsidiaries and associate companies in implementing Board decisions

- Analysis of IND AS for the Related Parties
