Job Description
We have a challenging opportunity opened up for the role of Company Secretary in
our Finance team. The Company Secretary role in
Finance team is mission critical and requires multi-dimensional capabilities.
Position: Company Secretary- Finance
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Secretarial Compliances of the company.
Responsible for compliance of other allied laws.
Preparing MIS for top management.
Handle day to day general accounting including accounts payable and payment process.
Supports in monthly reporting, forecasting and other adhoc projects as required
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS
Company Secretary (Fresher)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Self-motivated, proactive and possess good communication skills.
Confident and good analytical skills
Should be proficient in Microsoft office.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
