Job Description
1) Qualified
CS with LLB degree and having experience in handling Secretarial function of
multiple companies
2) Experienced in convening /holding of meetings of Board, Committees, and Shareholders
3) Well versed with Companies Act 2013 and rules thereto
4) Experience of handling a team of Trainees
5) Experience in maintaining the Statutory Registers under Companies Act 2013 and rules thereto
6) Sound knowledge of the Secretarial Standards issued by ICSI
7) Well versed with e-filing of forms and returns periodical / annual / event based with Registrar of Companies
8) Good Liasoning and coordinating skills
9) Experienced in establishing the systems for tracking compliances under company law and other corporate laws applicable to the Company
Experience: Minimum 6 Years
