ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Board Meetings
*To conduct annual general meetings and board meetings.
*Preparation of notices, agendas, resolutions & minutes of meetings.
*Handling all Legal & Secretarial Compliances of the Company."
Compliances
"*Handling all legal & secretarial compliances of the organization.
*Performing corporate regulatory & statutory compliances in relation to RBI, MCA, ROC & other regulatory bodies.
*Compliance's with respect to IPR.
*Ensuring timely submission of details sought by regulating authorities such as Ministry, Income Tax Dept., etc."
Records & Reports
"*Maintenance of statutory compliance & registers.
*Reporting management about all important circulars by Govt. of India.
*Updating & maintenance of records of directors as required under Companies Act.
*Preparation of annual reports.
*Assisting in framing / amending of the Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Council.
*Scrutinising, Verifying, Reviewing & Finalising the terms & conditions of all agreements & contracts entered by the organisation."
